The workshop, which will be held in Turkish, will take place between 13.30-16.30 at the METU Culture and Convention Center.

Through this workshop by the METU Climate Center, on the other hand, it is aimed to take the first steps in order to ensure that the studies on this topic within METU are carried out in cooperation and harmony within the framework of a certain strategy, and to maximize the contribution of METU to the obligations and priorities of our country in this regard. There will be roundtable workgroups on the topics “Scientific Base,” “Impacts, Adaptation and Vulnerability,” “Sustainability and Improvement,” “Education, Awareness, and Capacity Building,” and “Policy, Innovation, Technology Development and Transfer” as part of the workshop. This first coordination meeting will be held with the participation of METU academic staff only.
