METU faculties received awards at theOutstanding Young Scientists Award Ceremony organized on December 26,2018 by the Turkish Academy of Sciences (TÜBA) as part of theOutstanding Young Scientists Award Program.
Assoc. Prof. Tuğrul Yılmaz from Department of Civil Engineering, Assoc Prof. Nurcan Tunçbağ from Graduate School of Informatics Department of Health Informatics, Assoc. Prof. Görkem Günbaş from Department of Chemistry and Assoc. Prof. Mustafa Yücel from Institute of Marine Sciences are the METU faculties who received the TÜBA Outstanding Young Scientists Award this year.
The TÜBA-GEBİP Awards is organized every year to encourage research in all fields of science, to allow for scientific studies and to direct young academics to science and research.
