METU received the highest number of project funds in the 1001 program proposed to the TÜBİTAK Research Support Programs Department (ARDEB) in the first term of 2019. Thus, METU continued to retain its title of university with the highest number of projects in its fifth year.
With respect to the ARDEB 1001 program, METU has taken the first place in terms of the number of supported projects among all universities with 20 projectsin the March 2019 call which corresponds to a success rate of 35%.
In addition, METU has achieved the highest number of projects accepted for funding among the research universities under ARDEB 1001 program.
